Dré Picart is a marketer, mentor, Managing Partner, and co-founder of Tribera – the award-winning Brummie creative agency, built to make content that matters. 


With a career spanning 13 years at some of the UK’s biggest and boldest agencies - including McCann, tmwi and SuperDream - Dré’s seen just about every side of marketing. 



He’s led countless campaigns, built teams from scratch, and crafted ideas that cut through the noise. But his true calling? Spotting talent, nurturing it, and helping to deliver work nobody thought was possible.

Spearheaded by Dré, The Academy by Tribera is Birmingham’s premier marketing bootcamp. Fuelled by his passion for mentoring, The Academy is designed to transform unpolished talent into job-ready professionals – addressing the ever-growing skills gap in the industry.


Through live client briefs, industry certifications, and hands-on guidance from seasoned pros, Academy students don’t just learn how to ‘do’ marketing – they discover what it’s really like to be a marketeer. From strategy to storytelling, to campaign planning and creative execution, Dré and the team equip the next generation with everything they need to shine.
