The Mission
La Fosse approached Tribera following a period of significant business growth and evolution. The company had developed from a single recruitment brand into a group comprising four distinct service lines: Recruitment, Executive Search, Academy, and Solutions. They required a comprehensive brand strategy refresh and new visual identity to reflect this transformation, followed by a complete content marketing strategy to support their repositioning in the market.

What we did
La Fosse faced the challenge of operating as five separate brands without a cohesive identity or unified content strategy. So, our approach was to:

La Fosse brand, with each sub-brand then adopting distinct colourways, photography and supporting brand assets.
