BACKGROUND

Tribera began working with Harbour Lifestyle at the very start of its journey. As a brand-new entrant in a saturated, high-ticket market, it needed more than visibility, it needed authority, trust and cultural relevance. The luxury home and garden sector is dominated by long-established names, so our role was to launch Harbour Lifestyle publicly while building long-term brand equity from day one.

CLIENT CHALLENGE

With no existing presence, Harbour Lifestyle had to cut through the noise of a crowded, credibility-driven market, build recognition and trust quickly, and reach discerning, high-net-worth audiences. At the same time, PR activity needed to support commercial goals directly, turning interest into sales in a competitive, high-consideration category.

TRIBERA'S SOLUTION

We identified Harbour Lifestyle's core audiences and built content that spoke to them directly, positioning the brand as a thought leader with genuine expert commentary rather than generic press releases.

We created evergreen, SEO-optimised content to build long-term discoverability, then ran targeted outreach across the top interior, lifestyle and garden design titles.

Social amplification and content versioning extended the reach of every placement, so earned coverage worked harder across every channel Harbour Lifestyle's audience actually used.

THE RESULTS

Between June 2024 and June 2025, Tribera secured 205 pieces of coverage in titles including Grand Designs, Ideal Home, House Beautiful, GQ, Good Housekeeping and Country Living, with 87% including expert thought leadership commentary. That coverage carried an average Domain Authority of 75, 129 backlinks, and a total reach of 1.1 billion. Most importantly, it contributed to a 42% increase in revenue within the brand's first year of operation, proof PR can convert into sales as well as visibility, and on a fairly small retainer.
