These talented graduates are currently completing their four-week Academy journey, working on real client briefs and building the skills that will define their marketing careers.
About our 2026 cohort
This group brings real creative energy and a genuine commitment to building their careers here in Birmingham. Over four intensive weeks, two days a week inside a working creative agency, they have worked on real client briefs across the full marketing workflow, with AI skills running through everything they do.
They finish the programme as confident, capable marketers, ready to make an immediate impact in any team they join.

What they've covered
Our 2026 cohort has completed a four-week programme built around the skills employers are actively looking for:
Week 1, foundations: AI for marketing, audience and competitor research, SEO and search fundamentals with SEMrush, and interpreting data in Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
Week 2, strategy: developing integrated marketing strategies aligned to business objectives, channel planning, and creating social media content with AI tools, all on real client briefs
Week 3, creative: producing content and assets with AI-powered tools, from imagery and copy through to social-first video
Week 4, amplification: setting up and launching real paid search and social campaigns in Google and Meta Ads Manager, optimising based on performance, and writing press releases grounded in digital PR principles
Throughout, they have used AI tools like Gemini, NotebookLM and Gems as genuine thought partners across the marketing workflow, and worked towards industry certifications from Google, Meta and Canva.
