Linnaeus, part of Mars Veterinary Health, sought to launch a new flagship veterinary brand as part of its expansion strategy. The business has grown through strategic acquisitions of established, well-known veterinary services, each with their own brand, values and positioning. 

 

Tribera was appointed as the creative partner to develop a new flagship brand that showcased their new proposition and customer experience. Tribera was tasked with developing the new proposition, positioning, visual identity and brand experience for the new Kidderminster practice.

Client Challenge

Linnaeus faced the challenge of unifying its growing network of practices under a compelling flagship brand that would resonate with modern pet owners. The new practice needed to stand out in a competitive market, deliver a best-in-class customer experience and embody values of community, sustainability and personalised care-while leveraging the strength of the Linnaeus network 





Our Solution

Tribera developed the Maggie and Marlow brand from the ground up, including: 


  • A new brand proposition and positioning focused on the timeless bond between pets and their owners 
  • Creation of a warm, friendly visual identity and brand world, including logo, colour palette and tone of voice 
  • Development of a customer experience strategy for the flagship practice, including signage, interior design and digital touchpoints 
  • Production of brand guidelines and ongoing creative partnership for future rollouts
